Nora
See if you can make any sense out of this.
The first link will take you to the original Carta Notarial where there is mention of some of the stuff we all get to inherit. There are some things missing, like the jewelry, art collections, furniture etc., but with this letter at least we can start and prove that which Leo and Moira were willing to disclose at one time. It is a start.

The Second link will take you to a paper I ordered prepared. It is a one page breakdown of how that particular inventario mentioned via the carta notarial mentioned above is broken down by heredero. . I did not include the miniatures for reasons I will discuss some other time.

This breakdown is a document that was prepared as part of what I am doing to get rid of my share of what belongs to me. I am assigning my rights over my property to a party that is willing to buy it at a small discount. That way I won´t be having to deal with this circus. The party that will take over will take my place and deal with all of you. These are lawyers that do this sort of thing all of the time. You should consider doing the same.
Third link is a copy of the inscripcion testamentaria that makes you a "heredera". This is now a public record and gives you rights over dad´s estate.

These rights you did not have until this paper was filed, but now you do.
I will register all of the remaining assets to the names of each herederos, like I did with the apartment.
You had to have received a copy of that a few weeks ago.All of these is been handled by the people I have sold my share to.
Leo tells me that Ricky is in Lima.
That is of no consequences for the task at hand.
I hope she enjoys the weather. She has grandchildren here.
Nora, as always, I don´t really need you to do anything or act for me to collect my share. We are now under the law that regulates co-propiedad and no longer under family law. The family law ship regarding the sucesion sailed about 90 days after Dad passed. It is all spelled out in the Civil Code.
Just Google it, is all there. You and I could really start talking about what comes next, but I am not holding my breath. I do all of this for Dad´s sake. I owed it to him.
I am not mad and if you want me to assist you in anything, go ahead and ask, but this is going to move fast and I really don´t see how you or any of the people living overseas will be able to figure this thing out. Once Leo passes, I believe some people might be left out. For that reason, I believe there is no room for "don´t speak for me" or "let me think about it".
It has been almost 6 years since the old man died and look at where we are. Remember I repeatedly tried to work with you but it was no possible. Now, I think it might be too late. And there are lots of "daños y perjuicios" to answer for, but that is will be my business and my business only and won´t pertain to you in any way.
Look at the three documents and try to make sense of them.
Any questions, let me know.
Love
Ro
