Dad got sick, and a group of people grabbed the control of his finances.
Leo received about 1.5 million dollars of a 20 million dollar transaction.
She was told that she owned that money and that the rest belong Dad and was spent, used in many different ways.
Leo had no way to check and she was robbed.
Dad died which triggered a sucesion.
Sucesiones last about 1 year unless they are simple,
A simple sucesion would be like two sons inheriting the car and the bank account of the deceased Dad
Simple sucesiones do not need attorneys. A notario is enough.
For regular sucesiones like ours, a regular sucesion judicial is in order.
We had a very complicated sucesion that involved two attorneys of the onset.
We had herederos living all over the world, a deceased that had Alzheimer and was worth 20 million dollars, a transactions that had being protested by some of the herederos, jewelry, lots of furniture, colaciones, etc.
Ours was not what sucesions notariales are made for, but we went that way.
I explained all of this to the crooked lawyers right of the bat, in writing.
They were in on the scam and it was obvious from the start and I could tell.
So, I started gathering evidence and setting up ambushes.. It worked.
They said and did a few incriminating acts on the record and continued with the change of names scam.
Laundering
Once most of the money was stolen, it began the process of laundering Leo´share which is money that also belongs to the herederos. Leo was told different.
Why not? They did it to Leo once, why not keep going?
Fist Leo had to loose control of the money.
That happened when Leo was duped into giving it to Moira to take care of and keep it from Dad´s herederos to claim it. If she was going to give anything to her heirs as a legacy, she had to protect it from Dad´s heirs.
Leo bought that story.
Leo was told Dad´s money was already spent, and Leo had to believe that, because had little choice.
"Mom, this is your money, I keep if for you so nobody will steal it" sort of thing.
Banco Fallabella, COMPASS GROUP, Banco GNB, USA, Colombia, Chile, Morroco, Spain, it is a family affair, just not our family.
Moira moved the money around banks and around countries and told the world about it, via the emails we all saw, the ones Choque orchestrated and sent because Leo told him to. Fat chance..
Never was mother alone with Choque.. It was always Moira, Choque and Leo. She would sign what ever was told to sign.
If you read Leo´s letters, Leo appears reluctant and did say things that point to the fact that she did not approved of much a this, but there was little she could do, if Moira and Hugo were playing her, she had to go along.
For Leo not to grow suspicious, knowing that Leo does not read emails, Moira and her group did all of the "Leo wants all of you to know" email campaign that you are all familiar with. For as long as it worked, both Moira and Hugo thought they were fooling the herederos. It did work somewhat, with no real consequences. .
All that activity is now written evidence of fraud, racketeering and money laundering.
Hugo did the same as Moira and they worked together. Hugo thinks that "causing caos" was going to help him. That might be true in the military during combat, but what Hugo did was emphasize and record for posterity how the scam was unfolding.
His emails are legendary.
Hugo stole lots of money and sent it to Florida to another member of the group. Mind you that members of a criminal group do not need to know all of the members or activities of everybody.
Dad and me we are both US Citizens. The money did go through US banks. Hugo has contacts in the US. Most likely, Hugo and his group will be sued in a US court. Read the law regarding Money Laundering (I did) Hugo broke US law.
One thing is stealing money and another is using the banks to do it.
Money laundering goes hand in hand with racketeering, or criminal enterprising, which is a crime all on its own. Take three people doing what Moira, Hugo and Choque are doing and you got yourself a Organizacion Criminal who forms an asociacion illicita para delinquir.
We have that. There are about 30 people involved that knew Dad was sick and did profit.
We need a Judge
There are two demandas already accepted by two different courts to hear our case.
In this one, the tenant of Chorrillos will explain how Moira receives money that belongs to other people and what she does with that.
In this other one, the violencia familiar one, the judge will hear and per law, refer the case to the appropriate district attorney for investigation. That will most likely happen sometime this month. Read the law, it says so.
Once Moira and Hugo are implicated, it will be a breeze to
1.gain control of the masa hereditaria,
2. do a thorough inventario going back to the transfer of title of the land in Surquillo and
3. ask for explanations to the 30 plus people that their names appear on this very blog under different links. Most likely they will have to return any money they received for "cooperating". Moira and Hugo are responsible for that money they "shared" with them
Leonor is in Danger
Once I can control what mother does, she can be considered safe and secured.
Until Moira and Hugo are stopped from their shenanigans, Leo will continue to suffer in isolation and economic hardship and be at risk, just the same way Dad was.
All this will become more clear once charges are filed by the DA in criminal court.
If found guilty Judges look at two things..
Hugo and Moira might choose to cooperate or not.
If they do, judges will tend to be somewhat lenient at sentencing.
It is either your first time or you are a meticulous criminal, that plans, executes and keeps the criminal activity alive for a long period of time, like 7 years.
If they act dumb or try to leave the country, they would wake up the wrath of the Peruvian justice system, which is pretty harsh.
I am betting they will double down on their behavior and dig themselves deeper.
They have acted stupid since the beginning and now they will need to be stopped by the police.
